Pai Mu Tan (Bai Mu Dan) -  white peony is extra delicate multiinfusional whie tea, composed of tipsy downy leaves of green and yellow-brown colour. Smells slightly sweetish, peachlike. The brew of clear, orange-yellow colour, lightly herbal flavour, nobly bittersweet later, velvety.
