Silvery Strawberry

E 543

Manually wound into little balls (cca 2 cm in diam.). Long tipsy leaves are richly silvery downy, they scent strongly of fruits. The original name of the tea is taken from chinese fruit Li-Zhi, but european dealers named it after the fruit known to us - strawberry. The tea is recommended to prepare in a glass, a bowl or a gai-wan (zhong), and to observe the ball revealing into the rich flower. The brew is lightly yellow-green, sweetish, scenting strongly after a Li-Zhi fruit.
