(Huang Jin Gui - Golden Cinnamon) This popular oolong comes from Fujian province, An Xi area. The leaves coiled into granules reminds of Tie Guan Yin tea. The tea is flavoured by the flower of cinnamon. The brew is markedly yellow, aureate colour, that gave the tea its name. The taste is full, sweetish, fowerish, with long aftertaste.
