Formosa Gao Shan Oolong

B 212

Kao-shan means "high mountain". This wu-lung (oolong) comes from Tai-wan. On the mountainsides of A-li shan, where it's grown, the gentle leaves naturally absorb the smell of osmanthus (cinnamon) and herbs that grow all around. The leaves are dark-green, coiled into little granules. They scent strongly of cinnamon and herbs, with the fruity tones of apricots. The brew is yellow, dense, of milky consistence, aromatic, sweet, with a longlasting aftertaste. Vacuum packed by 50g.
