(Dung Ti, Dung Ting, Dong Ding - The Frozen Peak) - The oldest of tai-wan oolongs. It's the green type oolong, which means olny slightly fermented. Leaves are coiled into irregular balls, and they offer light-green, almost yellow-green brew of full and expressive flourish sweet taste with balanced grassy tones.
