Tai Ping Hou Kui

E 524

This tea comes from An-hui province. At first sight it detains by freshly green colour of long and wide unprocessed leaves, with red venation and and a downy. Carefully sorted leaves are solid and straight, piked at both ends. All of the irregular, fragmentary or awry leaves are removed manually. The tea has a smell of wild orchids, growing at the Huang-shan mountainsides, where the tea comes from. The taste of freshly green brew can seem a bit empty in the beginning, but gustating focusly you can find a heady floral tones.
