This tea is grown by the Tai Lao Shan mountain near Fu-Ting in 800 metres of altitude. It's reaped only in may and june because of keeping the gentle aroma. Subtle leaves, carefully rolled longways are emerald green, freshy floral aroma. The tea is deenzymated by steam, that's why it remains the gentle taste of japaese teas. You can brew it in a cold water, the brewing time is about 7 minutes then. This way you can  prepare very quickly delicious and freshy ice-tea, not only for the summer days. The brew is emerald green, dense, of balanced and full taste.
