Huang Shan Mao Feng („Downy Peak of Yellow Mountains" - this famous tea from Yellow Mountains (Huang Shan) of Anhui province is one of the most known chinese highland green tea. There grows barren peach trees on the Huang Shan mountainsides and that gives the characteristic aroma to this tea. Base for the tea is made of one young sprout and one revealing leaf. Ater the manufacturing are the leaves brightly green, flat with slightly raised-up edges, silvery downy covered. The brew is clear, lightly green and of magnolia scent. Connaisseurs will surely appreciate the extra delicate taste of this tea.
