Selection class of chinese black (red) tea from An Xi in Fujian province. Free-style convoluted, ablong, dark coloured leaves of strongly smoked smell offer brew of characteristic, expressiely smokey flavour with a light scent of tea. Very stimulative!  

The legend says that in times of Qing dynasty the armies passing through the Wu Yi mountains (the place of origin) caused the drying process delay, therefore the farmers intending to satisfy the demand though, quicken the drying process upon pine-tree fires. That gave the tea its characteristic boldly smoked aroma.
